Contracts Manager

Responsibilities :

1) To manage QS perform respective duty accordingly.

2) To manage and ensure finaly submission of tender and quotation.

3) To manage and ensure accuracy of tender costing submission.

4) To establish business relationship with new client and consultant to ensure our company being shortlisted for participation new project Tender.

5) To manage and implement proper tracking of project progress claim submission and retention sum claim submission.

6) To follow up closely with client and consultant on project tender and eventually secure the project.

7) Compiling and reviewing of information for BQ in respect of projects tendered.

8) Reviewing pricing and profitability for each project to be tendered.

9) Negotiating with Sub-Contractors on proposed quotations to secure their best price.

10) Reviewing final draft before submission of tender.

11) Preparing and reviewing budget/costing for successful project tendered.

12) Sourcing and recommending Sub-Contractors in liaison with Client/Consultant and Project Manager.

13) Reviewing all contractual matters of the contract document and highlight mini issues to Project Director Manager.

14) Conducting specific reviews on EOT and preliminaries claim in contract document for Project staff.

15) Preparing Submission of Progress Claims on each Project.

16) Reviewing and verifying Progress Claims submitted by Sub-Contractors.

17) Analysing and recommending adequate rates to sub-contractors for variation of works.

18)Monitoring and highlighting areas in the tender that are not favourable and to control cost.

19)Ensuring claims submitted by sub-contractors are accurate and no overpayment arises.


1) Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.

2) Minimum 5 years related work experience in a similar capacity, preferably with property developers, Quantity Surveying Consultants or contractors.

3) Familiar with tender process and analysis, preparation and vetting of tender documents and contract management and final accounts of contracts.

4) Possess sound knowledge and experience in conducting feasibility studies, tendering and contract administration.

5) Hands-on and result oriented and ability to work under tight deadlines and challenging environment.

6) A highly independent person with good time management skills.

7) High standard of construction work with successful execution experience in implementing CONQUAS, QLASSIC, etc.

8)Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin with excellent communication and writing skills.

Project Engineer

Responsibilities :

1) Co-ordinate & supervise all M&E Installation works.

2) Plan, monitor & control procurement, materials deliver & progress of work.

3) Prepare & submit Progress Reports & other relevant sketches / drawings / documents.

4) Verify/quantitize M&E Installation Services (Tender/Shop/As-built Drawing).

5) Liaise with client, consultants, local authorities & other relevant parties.

6) Verify M&E design, sub-contractors’ claim & variation orders.

7) Maintain & update on M&E drawing list/details for construction.

8) Co-ordinate & supervise own/sub~contractors; workforce.

9) Troubleshoot & tackle site problems.

10) Prepare various reports (progress report, project handover report and etc.)

Requirement :

1) Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.

2) Min. Diploma in Engineering- Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent.

3) Min 2-3 years of working experience in public and private residential and commercial building project.

4) Posseses relevant technical knowledge related to M & E works.

5)Highly motivated, driven by excellence and having an eye for details.

6)Previous experience in electrical installation field is advantageous but not mandatory

7)Preferably have a valid driving license and with own transport.

8)Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

9)Fresh graduate will also be considered.

10)Good communication skill in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Safety Supervisor


1)To assist EHS Officer/Manager in implementing SMS system on site, specifically on the following :~

a) To conduct Safety induction to all new workers

b) Safety promotion

c) Monitor HSE controllers in executing continuous audits

d) Organising EHS meetings

e) Conducting toolbox meetings and safety training

f) Preparing reports

g) Maintaining safety records

h) Conduct accident investigation

i) Identify any unsafe act and unsafe condition at site

2)To assist EHS Officer/Manager in carrying out investigations on all incidents and accidents and ensure that all the necessary records are properly maintained.

3)To liase with all the relevant authorities and client on matter relating to EHS on site

4)To collect and collate data to monitor the status of EHS of each site

5)To perform any other ad hoc duties that may be assigned by the Management

6)Provide HSE improvement proposals stating: the non-conformance, proposed corrective action, required resources for corrective action and plan of implementation.

7)Conduct investigations for traffic accidents/incidents, through statement taking and counselling

8)Put up recommendations on findings including fault codes, likely causes of accidents/incidents and recommended actions to be taken

9)Maintain proper records of all investigation materials 

10)Respond on-site & conduct investigation for major accidents, if required

11)Conduct Safety Database & Accident Analysis

12)Ensure proper data entry & maintenance of database for analysis

13)Collate and analyse accident trends, accident prone areas and statistics.

14)Liase with relevant departments to prepare regular safety reports for the management 

15)Assist in the preparation and organisation of safety initiatives


1)Preferably 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

2)Minimum WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace, Safety and Health (Level A)

3)Certification in Building Construction Supervisor Safety Course

4)Certification in Work At height Course for Supervisors

5)Certification in Lifting Supervisors Safety Course, Certification in Supervision of Metal Scaffold Erection Course and Certification in Confined Space Safety Assessor Course will be an added advantage.

Site Supervisor


1)Implement work schedule, enforce site cleanliness, house keeping &  safety.

2)ensure sufficiency, efficiency & quality of workforce.

3)Monitor progress of work to comply with Work Schedule 7 client’s requirement.

4)Verify M&E design, sub-contractors’ claim & variation orders.

5)To coordinate and supervise site workers and subcontractors.

6)To assist in project engineering of mechanical and electrical systems.

7)To assist in co-ordination and management of assigned project/ facilities

8)Record site observations, employee hours and health and safety statistics.

9)Supervise subcontractors and approve invoices.

10)Ensure the site facilities are in compliance with safety regulations, such as local fire codes, other laws.

11)Provide a daily report of site conditions including weather, work scope, force levels, and safety issues.

12)Supervise completion of punch-lists, close-out documentation, and demobilise the job site at the completion of a project.


1) Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.

2) Min. Diploma in Engineering- Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent.

3) Min 2 years of working Supervisory experience in Mechanical & Electrical project

4)Ability to read drawings and plan resources and manpower

5)Possession of a Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisors & Work at Height Certificate
